FMCG BRANDS · PRODUCT LAUNCHES & ACTIVATIONS

Product sampling with a measurable customer journey.

Bring your brand to a smart kiosk and define how customers discover, qualify for and collect a sample. Pair the experience with consent-based contact capture.

CONFIGURED AROUND YOUR BUSINESS

Build the campaign around the customer.

01

Launch a new product

Create a branded sampling experience for a new food, beverage or suitable packaged product. Select chilled or ambient hardware to match the sample and its storage needs.

02

Choose the collection point

Plan an office lobby, gym, event or other approved venue around the audience you want to reach. Confirm site permissions, connectivity and replenishment before installation.

03

Plan the follow-up

Agree which contact details to collect and explain the intended use to participants. Keep consent, collection and marketing follow-up as clearly defined steps.

A customer sampling solution with clear campaign rules.

Start with the campaign goal: trial, a product launch or an introduction to a new customer segment. Then choose the sample range, campaign duration, venue and customer journey.

FMCG customer sampling may need a short rental or a custom branded flow. Define eligibility, collection limits and the information required for reporting. Each feature is assessed against the supported hardware and software before the build is agreed.

  • Specify the target audience and sample quantity.
  • Choose the venue, campaign dates and storage requirements.
  • Agree the eligibility and repeat-collection rules.
  • Define consent wording, reporting and follow-up.

What verified sampling should mean for your campaign.

Verified sampling should connect an agreed eligibility check with a recorded sample collection. It should be clear what was verified, which event was recorded and how those records support your campaign goal.

The verification method could use an agreed customer detail or campaign credential, where supported. Identity checks, duplicate prevention and automated sample release are scoped requirements rather than universal features of every machine. We confirm the method and acceptance checks before launch.

Measure collections and review the campaign.

Agree the measures before deployment: samples allocated, recorded collections, stock remaining and consented contacts where that flow is included. Collection totals are useful operational measures; they do not by themselves prove future purchases or unique verified identities.

For Kuala Lumpur and Klang Valley activations, plan replenishment and campaign oversight alongside the technology. A well-defined scope makes it easier to compare a short-term rental with a custom build for repeated campaigns.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Questions about sampling.

Can an FMCG brand rent a kiosk for a short campaign?
Short-term product sampling can be discussed under a rental model. Availability, hardware configuration, branding, campaign software, transport and rental duration are confirmed in the quotation.
Does every kiosk include verified sampling?
No. Verification depends on the agreed customer check, software flow and collection record. We scope and test those features for the campaign before describing its collection process as verified.
Can the customer sampling solution collect contact details?
Consent-based contact collection can be included in a scoped campaign flow. We agree the fields, purpose, consent wording and access to the resulting records before implementation.
